  Once upon a time two girls were taking a walk with their wiener puppy Gigi… they were walking to the river to see what they could see. Sitting in the middle of an island of the severely dry river sat Zip the canoe. After taking a walk back to their house to log Zip’s travels they cleaned him up and brought him back to the river and sent him on his way… Fair well and safe travels Zip. From Mahnomen, MN

  The canoe was laying on its side, it reminded me of a norther pike. I was fishing the river with my new Tenkara fishing rod.
