Once upon a time a Canoe named Zip got sent down a river. His journey was going good till A sudden gust of wind blasted Zip to the side of the river. Zip got stuck on some twigs and leaves and sat there all night watching the stars. Suddenly a bunny came along to drink water and saw Zip. The bunny hopped on over curious of course. The bunny leaned down to sniff Zip but instead took nibbles out of Zip over and over until it got bored. Zip sat there for a week and then one day just as it was turning dark an old lady saw Zip. She brung Zip home and fixed the notches the bunny made. Later she brought Zip back to the water. Zip's journey continues to Moorhead. The end

Once upon a time two girls were taking a walk with their wiener puppy Gigi… they were walking to the river to see what they could see. Sitting in the middle of an island of the severely dry river sat Zip the canoe. After taking a walk back to their house to log Zip’s travels they cleaned him up and brought him back to the river and sent him on his way… Fair well and safe travels Zip. From Mahnomen, MN
