Canoe #26RD0596
My canoes name is Sharky. I want him to get to the Hudson Bay. I put him in the Red River in East Grand Forks Minnesota. Sharky sailed smoothly for two weeks. Suddenly a storm came and a tree fell on him and cracked him. Once the storm ended a beaver grabbed him so hard that the cracked part fell off. Later a boy and his dad found Sharky and carved a log to look like the broken part and sent him to continue his amazing journey to Hudson Bay. He went three miles and saw a deer and it caught him. Randomly a fox took Sharky and placed him in his den. The next day a hunter found the den and took Sharky to the hunters lodge to show his friends. Later that day the hunter took Sharky home and kept him in a glass container. The next day Sharky was dropped in the river and went on his journey. Later a tornado came. After it was over he saw a sad sight broken boats destroyed homes and farms and animals leaving their homes. Then he had a surge of joy. He saw a group of good boats and sailed the rest of the way to Hudson Bay and was happy.
