Canoe #26RD0557
I decided to name my canoe Blake. I named her Blake because it has the word lake in it and shell be going through a lot of lakes. Her journey started in the East Grand Forks Minnesota in the Red River on a cold and chilly day. First she was going pretty fast downstream and she heard chirping in a beautiful melody. Suddenly a bale of turtles surrounded her and she was stuck there for a while because the turtles didnt move. Once they moved out of the way Blake fell down the biggest waterfall she had ever seen but it was actually the first waterfall she had ever seen and Blake had no idea what it was. When she got to the bottom she landed on a big rock and cracked. She thought it was over for her until a dog came to pick her up. Blake thought that the dog was going to hurt her but it was actually very harmless. The dog brought her to its owner who was a carpenter. He fixed her up and threw her back in the lake at the exact same spot that his dog found Blake at. She then continued her journey to the Hudson Bay. I really hope she makes it there She saw big pine trees and pinecones on the ground. It was a beautiful day outside But up ahead she saw a beaver dam. She had no idea how she would continue her wonderful journey. She looked around and saw a little steam right before the dam. She turned to the path and it led her to the Hudson Bay Yay Blake had finally made it to the Hudson Bay. I wonder what new adventures she will find in the Hudson Bay
