It was a sunny spring day in May at the Sand Hill River where I got dropped in. My goal is to see the Atlantic Ocean. The trees were blowing. WHOOSH I had reached Beltrami. I went up a wave and down. WHEE I nearly toppled over. The river went on and on. I had finally reached Climax. The river was very rugged. I went up and down in the waves. Afterwards I felt sick. In Climax there were a lot of birds and weeds. I got tangled in weeds. A man came and untangled the weeds. He picked me up and his name tag said Fred. He brought me into his house and set me on a table where he repainted my color. The next day he put me back in the Red River where there were a ton of leaves. Then I met two girls named Emmy and Ellie who were swimming. They wrote on the bottom of meEmmy and Ellie Red River and put me back in the river at Grand Forks.In Grand Forks I realized that it had gotten warmer outside It must be summer I was so excited The sun was beating down onto the water. I came to a waterfall. I went up then I went down AHH I tipped over and then toppled upwards again. I was dizzy. I felt like I could throw up. When I reached Canada the sun was still super warm and a bird decided to sit on me like a bench. He stayed there until night time.When I woke up I didnt know where I was. I looked around. This isnt water I thought. I was on a counter with a baby staring his eyes out at me. I screamed. He screamed. Then his sister Hannah grabbed him and put him somewhere.The next day Hannah put me back in the river. Two hours passed and I was in Winnipeg. In Winnipeg the sun was burning hot. I wanted to duck under water and never come up. A little while later someone named Mrs.Whitcomb picked me up and brought me to show her students. One kid named Eli wouldnt stop grabbing at me Finally his teacher saidEli go sit down. He went back to his desk. A week later they put me back in Lake Winnipeg. Lake Winnipeg was beautiful. There was a slight breeze. WOOSHI loved summer but now that it was fall I was happy. It wasnt so warm. That night I met a family of six who were playing outside. The youngest boy came over with his dog Gabi. He said Mom Dad Look what I found His mom and dad came over. They looked down at me and the little boy said Can we keep it The mom and dad shook their heads No and sent me on my way. I was at Nelson River when I realized it had gotten very very cold outside. That's when a woman named Tori brought me into her house. Tori repainted my color. She took a picture of me and the next day she put me back in the still freezing Nelson River. I rolled onto the bay and four black and white dogs came and started barking WOOF WOOF WOOF WOOF .Then a guy named Tony shooed away the dogs and sent me on my way.The next day I reached the beautiful Hudson Bay. I suddenly realized that I was almost at the Atlantic Ocean I was so excited It was still winter. The snow made the ground look like it was covered in a blanket. A few months later it was spring. I saw flowers peeking over the snow and the leaves growing on the trees. The snow started melting and the ice on the water was disappearing.A few weeks later I went into a wide area where I had reached the Atlantic Ocean. The Atlantic Ocean was beautiful. I saw people on boats. I even saw Fred who was sailing along just like me. I got to see a huge ship coming towards me. WOOSH I went right under the ship and toppled back rightside up. When it was nighttime I woke up. The ocean was so busy with boats passing me. A few picked me up signed their names and dropped me back in the ocean. One teenage boy grabbed me and threw me like a boomerang. In my mind I was thinking goodbye world goodbye but I just toppled back over and went on my way.
