My canoes name is Baby Gurl Brenda. I have many hopes and dreams for my canoe once I launch it. I hope it will someday reach VeniceItaly by way of Hudson Bay. When I launch Big Brenda into the Red River from Fargo I hope it will enjoy a calm cruise down the river and will see many animals at some point in May of 2026. On the start of its journey it will see Oak trees and spiders crawling on the riverbank.After that Big Brenda will get jumpscared by a school of catfish jumping by and will enjoy the views of the Aspen trees. Somehow it will be picked up by the beak of a wild turkey just outside of Grand Forks.She will panic but will then realize that it dropped her because it saw a bass swimming by. Just when she thought she was in the city she will see a beautiful field full of thriving sugarbeets.Big Brenda will then pass through Grand Forks and will soon end up in Walsh County followed by Kittson County.She will then pass through the small town of Pembina and see the twinkling lights of the city. It will then become night and then she will wake up in a whole different country Canada She will get pretty bored because it is all the same landscape but will then be entertained when she sees a herd of snow geese right near the border Then she will pass by a forest and see a lone wolf staring down a bass in the river right near Winnipeg. Big Brenda will then realize she is no longer in the Red River but now the vast Lake Winnipeg As she is floating down the lake she will end up in the Nelson River where she will see a walleye jump right over her boat.Right as she finishes flowing through the Nelson River she will see a HUGE beluga whale that looks sixty times bigger than her Baby Gurl Brenda will then realize she has made it to Hudson Bay The reason she knows that is because she will see a bearded seal flopping on the coast right as she sets sailAfter Brenda is out in the Atlantic Oocean she will flow for months without being near any land. After a long nine months she will finally make it to a smaller riverlike body of water with docks and houses all around. She will get picked up by a small plump old lady who takes her to her bakery. Baby Gurl Brenda will then see a sign that reads VeniceItaly and she will know that she has finished her journey
