A Dream for my Canoe. My name is Journee the canoe. I hope that I meet at least 10 people along my way to Hudson Bay. I went for three days and already met a boy named Ezra. He went to show me to his parents. But they werent home so he looked at my number and put me back in the water. I continued my journey for a month and saw so much beautiful wildlife. The trees were swaying in the wind fish were jumping. It was the perfect place to be until I got stuck on a rock. Then someone found me two days later. They picked me up let me go and I was super happy because winter was starting to fade to fall. As I went along the river I realized that I was in a different river than before. After that it started to get rough and I crashed into rocks even some pieces of wood fell off of me. Then just what I didn't want to happen I tipped over. Until I was lifted up by a little girl she tipped me back up and sent me on my way. Then before I knew it I saw the border. I saw some deer drinking some water from the river. Then with a blink of an eye I was a year and a half away from Hudson Bay. Day one I saw a beaver dam day two I saw a grizzly bear taking a bath in the river. I was in the most quiet place ever. It was taking forever to get out of there. I didn't want to leave that place and I didn't for the next year. Yeah thats right not for another year. This is what happened. I saw ducks beavers and a shark in the water that was from the ocean. It was gorgeous over all and I hope to do this again. I was there for way longer than I thought I would be there. Winter was here and I was frozen solid in the water. Then I hear BOOM CRASH SPLASH. I looked to my left but nothing when I looked to my right a 26 inch walleye was a foot high in the air. Then.. BOOM CRASH SPLASH It goes back into the water and sprays me with freezing cold water. I go to bed after a long day of mainly just sitting. So I woke up this morning and it was very sunny out and the ice was starting to melt. I was excited to be on my way again but I was going to miss this place. I will always remember that this was the most fun and relaxing place to be. But I can't stay caught up in the past. I look forward to the future and I'm excited to see what it holds for me. So I'm going to finish my journey. Here we go Its Spring now and Im having a lot of fun. I actually just crossed over the biggest dam I have ever seen. Im getting closer and closer to Hudson Bay every day and Im going to miss this amazing place. But its getting dark so I better go to bed. Its almost summer and the sunrise is gorgeous. Im in a lake but not sure what lake but its HUGE and it goes on forever. Wait I think this is Hudson Bay. WOW Its beautiful. Well I guess my journey is over but it was amazingly fun.
