In the town of Mahnomen Minnesota.The sun peeking over the clouds and the birds were chirping. A kid lobbed his canoe into the Wild Rice River. The canoe started its journey hitting a few rocks. The rocks didnt cause much damage so the canoe moved on like nothing happened. After a few miles nothing happened and the canoe flowed smoothly down the river. Then it became night. There was a huge thunderstorm The waves are crashing and the trees are swaying back and forth. The canoe did about 20 barrel rolls before the storm moved on. Let's cut forward to summer. The canoe is struggling to get through all the wild rice that grew. Suddenly a beaver snatches the canoe. The beaver bring the canoe to its dam but right before the beaver got to its dam the beaver accidentally dropped the canoe. The beaver tried to chase the canoe but the canoe was quick. The canoe flowed down the river like nothing happened.1 month later after the beaver incident the canoe made it to the red river. It is now night time again and a pack of wolves are surrounding a deer next to the river. After a few seconds the wolves finally pounced.Winter is finally over and the canoe has now traveled all the way to Lake Winnipeg. The canoe started off struggling with the wind blowing backwards but the canoe fought back. Winter is starting again and the canoe has made it three fourths of the way across the lake. It is now mid summer and the canoe is to the Nelson River. Suddenly in the distance there is a huge dam in the distance. The canoe has made it to the lock port dam.
