My canoe will hopefully make it all the way to Lake Winnipeg. I hope it sees eagles and meets new friends. Along the way my canoes journey will be exciting . Hi I’m Betty ,I’m traveling to Lake Winnipeg. Why you ask? Well ,long story short I got chucked in the water by an 11-year-old girl who named me Betty, not knowing that I’m a boy! While I’m traveling to Lake Winnipeg, I hope to see different types of wildlife, beautiful trees, kids playing together and mainly have fun seeing these different types of things. I definitely want to see an eagle soaring through the sky! Maybe even some beautiful monarch butterflies! While I’m traveling on the Red River I hope to see a green house full of amazing plants and the sunshine going right through the glass on the roof of the green house.When I’m traveling I hope to not get stuck somewhere, someone , doesn’t take me, to have good weather,and not to sink, I want to continue my journey as far as I can. Maybe even farther than Lake Winnipeg.If I magically make it to Lake Winnipeg ,I hope that I am in good shape if someone finds me, I hope they put me back into the water, so I can continue my journey though Lake Winnipeg and even farther than I imagined! When I’m going through my journey to Lake Winnipeg , I hope to make it through the Red River into Lake Winnipeg. Because I don’t think I will get to Hudson Bay but it’s possibleIf you find me and are reading my story I am glad you are!
