Hi,my name is Stephen Curry.I am a canoe.I am going to be launched at Icelandic State Park which is west of cavalier.
A nice little boy launched me on the Tongue River.After about 10 minutes have passed,I see a beaver dam up ahead.
I tried to paddle away but the white water with strong currents pushed me forward.I got stuck for a long 15 minutes that felt like forever.
After a few more minutes I heard loud noises that sounded like something was getting thrown in the water.I looked back and saw a beaver throwing wood into the water that was finally slowing down.
I call out,”Beaver!Beaver!” He looked over at me.I yelled,”Come here please!”He came over to me and said,``What are you doing out here all alone, young fellow?”
I said “I'm going to the Hudson Bay.I was launched by a boy on the Tongue River.From there I will go to the Pembina River,Red River,Lake Winnipeg,Nelson River,Hudson Bay, and finally any ocean.”He said,” Oh cool, that sounds fun.”I said,” ya, on my trip I hope I see any kind of wildflower,dandelions, chokecherry,american cranberry,juneberry, and currant berry bushes.And while i am looking for those i hope i see moose and deer,bears,walleye, and some ducks.”He looked like he was trying to think of or remember something.
After about 30 seconds he finally looked over at me.He said,”I think I saw some plants over there.”He pointed behind him to the right.He asked if I wanted to go see and I said,”Yes!”
He led me to where he had pointed and there were a variety of wildflowers.”Aren't they gorgeous?” “Ya, very.” I said in aw. After acknowledging the beautiful scene I finally said,``Well I better be on my way to Hudson Bay.”Thanks for all your help.” “No problem,”said the beaver.
After a long three weeks, I finally see a big body of water.I start to paddle faster to see if I have finally reached my goal after all this time.
I finally realize that I am in the Hudson Bay.After I go through that for about 5 days,I finally reach the Arctic Ocean.
While I was traveling in the Arctic Ocean I saw many cool animals.I reached land after about two months.I paddled to shore to find someone to tell me where I was.I found out that i was in a small country in Europe called Portugal.
That's where I will end my journey.
