Dream It was a sunny day in Grand Forks, North Dakota. I, Wind Of Spirits, was about to be released into the Red River, the only river in the world that flows north. My creator, who’s name I didn’t remember, colored me with the brightest colors I have ever seen. Then, with a sudden yell, I was off on what I didn’t know would be quite and adventure. It was about one day after I’d been released into the river and I was already having problems. A beaver started gnawing on me, and I wished I could tell him to stop. After awhile he left for his dam, and I was back to flowing down the river. After what seemed like a million days, it had only been 1 month in human days. Within hours I was stuck in a pit of mud. Days went by and I felt a hoove apply what felt like ten tons of pressure on my side. But, it released me from a hated pit of mud.4 months had passed and I saw a catfish. It was swimming along with me and some plastic and logs were ahead. The catfish swam and pushed all the debris away so I could make it out alive. He swam with me and then swam into a tributary. I had made it to a place called Winnipeg about 1 year later. I saw people tapping metal boxes with glass on them and had an apple on the back. I thought what an odd piece of metal that almost everyone. The next week I was picked up by a man with a mustache.I was in the mustache man’s building when I heard a buzzsaw turn on. I knew I was going to be the handle of a “baseball bat” but I didn’t know what that was. There was a boy who came in right before I was about to be cut in half, and yelled NO! The next day I was put back into the water and was on my way. After a year, I was in a huge lake called Lake Winnipeg. I saw a couple beluga whales and they looked cheerful. I saw the end in sight, my way to the ocean RIGHT THERE… but I got stuck in seaweed. It stayed like that for 2 years, until a boat sliced and diced all the seaweed, freeing me. When that motorboat sliced and diced all the seaweed, I had gashes on my side, but I was determined to make it all the way to Oslo, Norway. Now that I was free in the ocean, I wasn’t going to see a lot of people but hundreds of thousands of sea creatures. In just my first week I saw 3 sharks and 15 dolphins! Now, I’m in Oslo! I am to excited! I see people looking at screens with cats on them. All I hear is Se på den søte katten! It has been 11 hard long years, but the journey is always worth it.
