||Once there was a canoe named Fierce that was floating along the Red River. One day on Fierce’s journey, he saw a deer and flowed straight into its face pushing the canoe back into the middle of the water and thanked him. The next day Fierce was swimming and got stuck on a log. He saw a bass swimming down the river and tried to get it to pull him off. Eventually he pulled him and once again he thanked him and went on his way. A couple months later Fierce got stuck on the bank and no one was around except one beaver. The beaver swam over to him picked it up and started to swim away, so when he stopped they stopped at a bunch of logs and he was stuck there. He finally snuck his way out of the logs from the current pushing him. A month after that he noticed that everyday he was swimming around the same area so then he realised that he was in Lake Winnipeg. Fierce’s journey to Lake Winnipeg was 2 years long.
